New Beachside Community Commercial Opportunities
Kennedy Bay is set for $425 million worth of investment along its coastline, and will become a new residential, commercial, and recreational destination just 60km south of Perth and 20km north of Mandurah.
In the coming years, this exciting new community is proposed to deliver the following:
- More than 900 new residential lots
- A new foreshore precinct with a 125-metre public jetty
- Links Kennedy Bay – a world-class golf course (open now)
- Vibrant village centre, featuring dining and retail destinations
- Parklands, including The Nest Adventure playground (open now)
- Cycle paths and walking trails
Commercial opportunities are now available within the village centre for best in class hospitality venues, a gourmet grocer and wellness offers. These will be located in the heart of the new village centre, with great accessibility from the foreshore precinct, golf course, and residential community.
The first tenancies in Kennedy Bay village centre are expected to open at the end of 2024.
