Exchange is a newly-created precinct on the northern end of Curtin University which is currently undergoing a $500 million development to introduce a 60 room hotel, new building for the School of Design and the Built Environment and accommodation for 1000 students to the Bentley campus by November 2021.
Exchange also features the new Curtin Central Bus Interchange, which is anticipated to be the second busiest bus terminal in the Perth metropolitan area once the precinct is complete. There is a total of four new buildings under construction at Curtin Exchange with an expansive retail offering on the ground floor incorporating a large grocer and up to 15 food & beverage/retail tenancies.
We have a range of tenancies available ranging from 47m² up to 239m² and are seeking interest from food & beverage operators and general service retailers. Overall the precinct will be a diverse collection of tenants that can cater for the needs of students, staff and visitors to the university, in addition to the dense residential population in the surrounds.
Public access to Exchange is convenient and hassle-free with the new Bus Interchange on its doorstep. There are also ample car parking opportunities both within Exchange and across the university campus.
